How can you make an impact?

We are seeking a Sr. Voice & AV Engineer with expertise in designing, deploying, and supporting enterprise voice and audio video collaboration solutions. This role partners closely with network and operations teams to ensure reliable, high-quality voice and conferencing services. The engineer provides Tier 2 and Tier 3 support, manages room technologies and endpoints, supports physical installations, and maintains standards, documentation, and best practices across the enterprise with occasional travel to local Ohio locations, including Columbus, Blacklick, and Groveport.

This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States.

What you will be doing:

  • Design, deploy, and support enterprise voice solutions across Cisco and Microsoft platforms, ensuring high availability, call quality, and secure integrations with collaboration tools.
  • Troubleshoot complex voice and conferencing issues, including signaling, endpoint configuration, and network related performance concerns, in partnership with network teams.
  • Design, implement, and support audio video conference room solutions, configuring cameras, microphones, speakers, codecs, and room systems to deliver consistent user experience.
  • Develop, document, and maintain voice and AV standards, best practices, diagrams, and operating procedures across the enterprise.
  • Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 operational support, including physical cabling, on site installations, vendor coordination, system upgrades, and occasional travel to support offices and warehouses.

What you can bring to this role:

  • 5+ experience supporting enterprise voice and/or audio video environments, with strong hands on expertise in Cisco and Microsoft voice platforms.
  • Proven experience designing and supporting audio video conferencing solutions, preferably with Cisco and or Logitech systems, and a solid understanding of VoIP and AV fundamentals.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills, with experience providing on site technical support and cable patching.
  • Working knowledge of network concepts related to voice and AV, including QoS, VLANs, PoE, and experience supporting enterprise or multi site environments.
  • Ability to travel locally as needed, work after hours for maintenance or deployments, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate lifts up to 50 feet above ground.

The pay range for this position is between $97,200 - $100,000 annually. However, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. An annual bonus plan may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
