Role Overview The FP&A Data Transformation Manageris responsible fordriving trust, clarity, and speed in business decision-making by ensuring GTM, Finance, and People data areaccurate, reconciled, and consumable at scale. This is a net-new, cross-functional role designed to unify historically siloed data domains (Sales, Finance, HR, Commissions, Product, and Operations) into a cohesive operating model that supports forecasting, derive insights,facilitatecapital allocation strategy, and strategic investment decisions. The role is the Finance point of contact working with, GTM Operations, Data Engineering, and Executive Leadership, with a primary mandate to reduce reconciliation effort,eliminatemetric ambiguity, and enable confident investment decisions. Core Responsibilities 1. Own the GTM-to-Finance Data System (Databricks) Develop andmaintainan end-to-end understanding of how data flows from:
