Physician Assistant - Electrophysiology Procedural

Work Schedule:
100%, day shift working Monday - Friday, 4, 10 hour shifts between 7:00 am - 5:00 pm. This will include rotating procedural and clinic schedule with a potential need for future 1:6 weekend rotation with two call shifts per week every six weeks, based on service needs. You will work at University Hospital and UnityPoint Health Meriter in Madison, WI.

Pay:

• Pay range is based on a full-time (100%) position.

As an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll play an integral role in our inpatient and outpatient care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients.

We are seeking a Physician Assistant - Electrophysiology Procedural to:

• Be an active member of the cross-functional team, by providing comprehensive care to both well and ill adult patients in inpatient, outpatient, and procedural settings at University Hospital and UnityPoint Health - Meriter.
• Manage pre and post procedure patients: cardiac ablations, device-based procedures, extractions, cardioversions, and implantable loop recorders, as well as inpatient consults.
• First assist with pacemaker device placements, generator replacements, ablation procedures, lead extractions, and lead revisions. Independently perform cardioversions, loop recorder implantations, and loop explants.
• Perform independent clinic visits (local and regional) for electrophysiology patients.
