We are looking for a Strategy & Operations Lead with strong project management expertise who is operationally driven, analytical and passionate to join us in our Global Data Acquisition and Advanced Analytics team. This position is based in our Atlanta, Georgia. This hybrid role (at least 40% of the time in office) is limited to 10% travel domestically.
About the role
You will enable the deployment and operational execution of UCB's patient data acquisition strategy, ensuring patientdata is effectively acquired, communicated, and used to create patient value. You'll partner closely with the Data Acquisition Team to translate strategy into structured plans, manage execution, and drive organizationwide understanding and adoption of new processes and ways of working. Your primary focus will be leading change management and strategic communications for the enterprise Patient Data Acquisition Strategy, including datalifecycle communication and Data Council operations. Through clear narratives, engagement forums, and feedback loops, you will help turn strategy into real behavioral change.
Who you'll work with
You will partner, globally, with cross-functional stakeholders, including Global Data Acquisition Team, Global Analytics Team, Data Office, Digital Technology Team, Communication teams, and patient data users across UCB.
What you'll do
- Lead high quality execution of communication strategies for Global Data Acquisition Team, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment across stakeholders
- Design and implement the change management initiatives that support the adoption of enterprise data acquisition strategy and the new ways of working.
- Plan, facilitate, and curate community forums and engagement events for the existing and potential (patient) data users across UCB organisations, e.g. Patient Data Community/Office Hours activity
- Lead the execution of communication and trainings during data lifecycle.
- Consolidate impact generated by data acquisition initiatives
- Establish and maintain structured feedback mechanisms to capture users' feedback
- Act as a PMO to oversee data and analytics team's projects portfolio to provide visibility in progress and ensure the consistent operating rhythm for the team.
- Contribute to programs that reinforce team culture, engagement, and continuous improvement.

Required
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years working experience in a global organization
- Experience leading change management programs
- Proven track record of leading communication programs in a global setting
- Experience in program management in a matrix organization
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Excellent Presentation Skills
Preferred
- Master/Doctorate's degree
- Knowledge or experience in pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in building up process and frameworks to improve operational efficiency
- Mindset of curiosity is a MUST
This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is 125,000-164,900 per year. The actual salary offered will take into account related knowledge, skills, experience and location among other factors and may fall outside the expected range.
