It is not available for remote opportunity.*Job Overview The Principal Program Manager supports a functional group by providing strategic program management for organizational initiatives that impact multiple teams. It oversees the development and implementation of programs and projects that align with strategic goals across the organization, working across multiple levels of management to ensure procurement initiatives, priorities, and outcomes are aligned with business objectives. The Principal Program Manager coordinates cross-functional teams to deliver new programs or enhance existing ones, ensuring alignment, transparency, and collaboration. It requires a solid understanding of financial planning, risk mitigation, and execution to effectively manage program budgets, timelines, dependencies, and delivery outcomes. Success is measured by effective program execution, proactive risk management, financial discipline, and the ability to drive continuous improvements in program delivery. Travel: Bellevue, WA Compensation Range: $134,100 - $181,400 Base Pay Range: $103,100 - $186,000 Corporate Bonus Target: 20%The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
