• Education: A Diploma or GED gets you in the door.
• Experience: Experience using presses and in a manufacturing role.
• Physical Ability: Stand, bend, twist, lift (up to) 40 lbs. Steel-toes.

Your Shift on the Floor

Operate production machinery and support related functions. Perform routine quality checks and complete required documentation. Move raw materials and finished products in/out of containers (tubs, skids, boxes). Maintain accurate records (scrap, time sheets, traceability, etc.).
