AI Intern

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Work with an assigned mentor and professionals across the organization to gain direct and relevant experience in your area of focus.
* Prepare a project/business plan on a specific subject matter; present work before leadership teams. Specific subject will be determined in collaboration with your mentor.
* Collaborate cross functionally to support ad hoc projects in your assigned department.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

* Junior or Senior student currently enrolled in a related field of study at an accredited educational institution
* Basic programming experience in Python and/or SQL
* Familiarity with AI and LLM tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini
* Understanding of or interest in process automation concepts, including RPA, N8N, or workflow tools.
* Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and pattern recognition
* Demonstrate problem solving mindset with the ability to break down complex tasks into management components
* Strong communication and data storytelling skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical
audiences
* Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
* Must be 18 years of age
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
* Previous internship experience preferred
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and with minimal supervision; ability to problem solve, learn quickly and
confidently shape the direction of a project
