Torch Technologies is seeking a USSPACECOM Lead Planner and Integrator of requirements for Integrated Master Plan (SME) to serve as the USSPACECOM Lead Planner and Integrator of requirements for Integrated Master Plan (SME), expert for planning, integrating, and managing an Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). Provides cross-functional coordination, schedule integration, and administrative support to ensure program objectives, milestones, and deliverables are clearly defined, traceable, and executable across PMO/TSO activities.

As a Lead Planner and Integrator of requirements for Integrated Master Plan (SME) your duties will include the following but not limited to:

  • Develop, integrate, and maintain the IMP, IMS, WBS, critical path schedules, and related planning artifacts for multi-effort C2F and foundational facility projects.

  • Consolidate schedules across teams to ensure milestone traceability and alignment with technical, contractual, and operational requirements.

  • Maintain and track project schedules and team actions using Microsoft Project, SharePoint, TEAMS, and standard project management methodologies.

  • Manage deliverables review processes, track due dates and dispositions, and implement process improvements for PMO/TSO workflows.

  • Prepare briefings and communication products to inform leadership and stakeholders on project status, risks, and operational objectives.

  • Provide daily administrative and coordination support to Senior leaders

  • Prepare and publish meeting minutes for governance bodies

  • Coordinate meetings, events, and working groups at the PMO, Directorate, and Command levels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or advanced certification

  • 8+ years experience in aerospace, defense, or government programs.

  • Active TS/SCI clearance

  • Expertise using the Microsoft Office Suite of tools (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, especially when communicating technical information to audiences with varying backgrounds.

  • Ability to brief and interact with senior-level officers (i.e., GO/FLAG) and senior civilians.

Desired Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certificate

  • Knowledge of EVMS, MBSE, and digital engineering

Position Contingent Upon Award of Contract: Yes

Salary Range - Colorado: $140,000-$170,000

The salary range information is a general guideline only. Other factors include the candidate's qualifications such as relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education/training, and certifications.
