Job Title: Academic CoordinatorDepartment: Biomedical Sciences (Cathy Hatcher)FLSA: United States of America (Exempt)Location: Philadelphia CampusThe Academic Coordinator will be responsible for providing primary administrative and programmatic support for faculty, staff and administrators in the Department of Bio-Medical Sciences and College of Osteopathic Medicine. This role includes supporting faculty and departmental activities. The coordinator in this position will maintain and update student-facing digital platforms for course and exam administration, play an integral role in supporting student academic development and professional growth across the preclinical curriculum, and also provide daily operational support and fiscal responsibilities for the department. The coordinator should be detail-oriented, organized, reliable, manage time effectively, solve problems, complete tasks accurately with minimal supervision, and able to maintain confidential student records. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Course administration: 70%
Organization and Management: 10%
Fiscal Procedures: 5%

POSITION REQUIREMENTS Education
Experience
Starting Salary: $42,000 anually Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience, education, and the responsibilities of the role. The referenced salary range is based on PCOM good faith belief at the time of posting.
