Overview This is a full-time, on-site, hybrid career opportunity based out of our Corporate headquarters in downtown Lancaster, PA. Relationship manager, advisor, and consultant for complex affluent household relationships within assigned regions. Primary point of contact for these clients and are responsible for coordinating a regional team of product and service experts to assist with recommending and delivering financial solutions in order to retain and grow these important relationships. Responsible for both expanding and retaining existing relationships and for developing internal and external networks to acquire new affluent households. Responsibilities
Delivery consistent and integrated client experience for the affluent segment households in an assigned regions, through superior execution against corporate value propositions. Coordinate the relationship management and delivery of products and services with regional product partners for assigned affluent segment households, ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsible for developing, documenting, communicating and executing a regional affluent household sales and service plan.
Qualifications Education
Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: Relevant degree pertaining to the essential duties of this role. (Required) Experience3 or more years Investment or brokerage sales experience required, preferrably with the affluent or wealth market segments. (Required) 3 or more years Banking or financial services industry experience with bank credit and mortgage credit products and processes preferred. (Preferred) CertificationsSeries 66, 7 and state life insurance licenses (current or test/retest within 1 year). (Required) Certified Financial Professional. (Preferred) Other Duties as Assigned by Manager This role may perform other job duties as assigned by the manager. We set standard salary ranges for our roles based on the position, function, and responsibilities, as benchmarked against similarly sized companies in our industry. Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate's knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials. The salary range may vary based on geographic location. The salary range for this position is $79,100.00 - $131,800.00 annually. Additional Compensation Components This job is eligible to participate in a short-term incentive compensation plan subject to individual and company performance.
