We are searching for a talented Physical Therapist Hours: Per Diem Shift:Flexible shifts & hours with weekend, holiday, and on-call rotation; 6-8 visits per week, with availability spread over at least 2 days Location: Primarily covering East Territories from Westport to Buzzards Bay Travel: Driving on average 3 or more times per week required A career at Southcoast Health offers you:

Under general supervision of the Program Director, Rehab & Integrated Services and the Clinical Nurse Manager or designee, perform duties to support and in support of the VNA Rehabilitation Department. Provide Physical Therapy services directed towards preventing disability, relieving pain, developing, improving or restoring motor function and maintaining maximum physical, emotional, social and mental performance within the patients capabilities.
