Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our client in Orlando, FL. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • We are seeking a Harness Board Assembler who can build high density wire to board assemblies by interpreting complex wiring diagrams and engineering drawings, cutting wires to precise lengths, and using Molex and Daniels crimp tools to terminate contacts, install connectors, and torque backshells to meet Class3 IPC/WHMA A 620E S standards.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $23.75 / hr.

Hours: 4/10 hrs/Week. (1st shift).

Length: Temp (12 months)

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in reading engineering schematics.
  • Minimum 2 years of harness board experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Cable Harness, IPC-WHMA-A-620.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Good proficiency with crimping tools, and the ability to perform continuity and insulation testing, soldering, and torque verification; spaceaddendum experience.
  • IPC-A-610.
  • IPC-J-STD.
Additional Information:
  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
  • In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
  • The assembler will sit or stand at the harness board for up to 10hours per shift, be able to lift to 30lb, work safely in a production environment, and consistently achieve high firstpass yield, accurate wirecut tolerance, and ontime delivery while supporting continuous improvement and prototype work.
  • Under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), all employees assigned to this client must provide documentation verifying their status as a 'U.S. Person', as defined in ITAR clause 120.15. A U.S. Person is a protected individual under the anti-discrimination provisions of U.S. immigration laws.
