This position ensures a safe, secure, and welcoming environment by monitoring activities, enforcing Protective Measures (PTM) standards, maintaining facility security, and completing opening and closing procedures. The role requires strong observation skills, reliability, and the ability to respond appropriately to safety or facility concerns. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

Education and Work Experience: Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Experience: Previous experience in facility supervision, security, recreation, or customer service preferred; familiarity with Salvation Army programs is a plus.
