Description - External Main Line Health's Nurse Residency Program is a year-long initiative designed to support and guide new graduate nurses as they begin their first professional role. The program emphasizes the development of clinical skills, patient-driven outcomes, and professional growth. The curriculum fosters critical thinking and helps new nurses use data-driven outcomes to enhance patient safety and care quality.
Schedule: Fulltime, Monday - Friday: 7:00am - 3:30pm Off-shift rotations occur later in orientation to experience different shifts as well as Buddy-call Your permanent schedule following orientation is TBD, based on campus needs. Timeline: * Application period: December 19, 2025, to January 20, 2026. * Interviewing: Interviews will begin January 2026 * Employment start dates: July/August 2026 Qualifications: * Recent graduate or soon-to-be graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ASN, or BSN), with graduation occurring within the past 12 months or within the next 6 months. Eligibility is based on the graduation date from your initial nursing program, which qualified you to sit for the NCLEX exam. * Diploma and ASN graduates must be actively enrolled in a BSN program within 6 months of their employment start date and must successfully obtain a BSN within 3 years of their employment start date. * A preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. Main Line Health Hospital locations include: * Bryn Mawr Hospital * Lankenau Medical Center Compensation: * Hourly Rate: $44.00 per hour, plus shift differential. * Benefits: Eligible for full-time benefits coverage.
