As a department assistant with Amery Hospital Luck Fitness Center, you will perform clerical and reception duties to assist the Rehab Services department. In addition, you will also assist with departmental processes and patient care including scheduling, answering phones and welcoming patients.
Essential duties include, but are not limited to:
Work Schedule:
.85 FTE/34 hours per week. Monday - Thursday from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with some variation depending on department needs
Will be based out of Amery but may need to cover the Luck Rehab Clinic from time to time
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year in office setting with medical background is preferred.
Demonstrated keyboarding skill and computer knowledge.
