- Summary of Position:
Position Overview: The Regional Physical Security Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all physical security operations within the region. This role ensures the safety and security of employees, customers, visitors, and contractors by implementing and maintaining effective security policies, procedures, and systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage daily security operations across assigned sites.
- Implement and enforce security policies, regulations, and best practices to maintain a safe working environment.
- Oversee access control systems and CCTV operations to ensure effective monitoring and response.
- Manage and coordinate contract security personnel, including task delegation and performance oversight.
- Respond promptly to security incidents and conduct investigations as required.
- Maintain strong working relationships with Santa Rosa County public service agencies and other local authorities.
- Safeguard company assets, property, and confidential information through proactive risk management and incident prevention.
- Provide regional physical security support for the Broussard site on an as-needed basis.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in physical security operations or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to respond effectively to emergencies and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with security technologies, including access control and CCTV systems.
- Experience managing third-party security contractors is an advantage.

Qualifications for Position: A. Education
Preferred - BA Criminal Justice or Military or Police background |
B. Experience
- Previous experience military or law enforcement settings |
