Location: Working onsite in Austin, TX; Monday through Thursday with a work from home day on Friday

Salary: Dependent on experience, range is $90,000 to $130,000 a year with full benefits

As a Sr Supervisor of Services, you'll lead large, complex program onboardings, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

About the role

As a Sr Supv Services, you will provide senior level project management for a wide variety of large and complex program onboardings to achieve successful completion and delivery of projects within scope,scheduleand budget.Along the way, you will get to:

• Own the overarching toll gate process and oversee the progress of the implementation engineers
• Own all program onboarding timelines,implementationsand due dates
• Aligncross functional gaps across the organization with support from the SME's
• Responsible for all executive level summaries and risk reports by partnering with the implementation team for completed staffworks
• Assistdepartmental leadership on complex solution design for client onboarding

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of two (2) years of project management, a minimum of six (6) years of project management or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• Excellent organization, communication, negotiation andproblem solvingskills

• Strong Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio, SharePoint,PowerPointand Project

• Strong Analytical skills such as being able to extract data, organize it,utilizeit to make key businessdecisionsand communicate/present it throughout the organization
