Job Description
NRECA is a unique national trade association providing advocacy, financial services and business support to over 900 consumer owned electric cooperatives across the country. We are looking to bring a dynamic building services professional that understands how to build rapport with tenants, engineers and get the most out of our assets. The Vice President will provide strategic oversight of facilities, real estate and capital projects. Summary of Position The Vice President would be responsible for the strategic oversight and operational excellence of NRECA's commercial buildings (500,000+ SQF) in Arlington VA and Lincoln, NE and leased space in Washington DC. The VP's department includes Engineering & Operations, leasing management and coordination of NRECA's conference space. The right candidate will have strong customer service experience to ensuring a positive tenant experience. Key Responsibilities
