Description

The Program Manager, Talent Development is responsible for executing and scaling enterprise learning and development programs that support leadership, technical, and colleague capability building across Convergint.

This role operates in a fast-paced, evolving environment where structure is still being built. The ideal candidate brings strong corporate experience, excellent program management skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality work while managing multiple initiatives at once. This role requires comfort with ambiguity, strong judgment, and a bias toward action.

Key Responsibilities



  • Plan, manage, and execute multiple Talent Development programs concurrently.
  • Launch and support priority initiatives, including technical development, management training, and mentoring programs.
  • Manage program operations end-to-end (timelines, communications, materials, logistics, reporting).
  • Conduct needs assessments and partner with business and field leaders to inform program design.
  • Build tools, templates, and processes to support scalable program delivery.
  • Establish tracking, dashboards, and reporting to monitor participation and outcomes.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, IT/HRIS, and external vendors.
  • Support learning-related system transitions, including Workday.
  • Identify opportunities to improve program effectiveness and learner experience.


Required Qualifications



  • Corporate experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, or a related function.
  • Experience managing learning, leadership, technical, or colleague development programs.
  • Strong program or project management capability with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort engaging senior leaders.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality execution.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Familiarity with instructional design or adult learning principles.
  • Experience working with learning technologies or LMS platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decisions.

This posting is expected to remain open until December 29, 2025.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $95K-125K annual salary with eligibility for an annual bonus, depending on experience.
