The program concludes with a final presentation to leaders and peers, whereinternsshowcasetheirwork, share ideas, and receive valuable feedback. *Who we are looking for* This is what you will do This internship offers hands-on experience in financial analysis, cost management,and cross-functional collaboration within a global organization. Reporting to theVP ofFinance,the Business & Reporting Analyst Intern will support business analysisand monthly reporting activities while gaining exposure to global finance operations. You'll be responsible for: Supporting cost management and cross-functional collaboration byassistingvarious teams in managing their expenses and ensuringaccurateandtimelysharing of financial information. Partnering with FP&A business partners across countries, regions, and functions to collect data,align onkey priorities, and foster collaboration across the finance community. Preparing financial analysis materials tailored to different audiences, ensuring clarity and relevance for stakeholders. Assistingin the development of ad hoc financial analyses and business cases to support strategic decision-making whenrequired. You will need to have Currentundergraduate student pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field with an expected graduation date of Fall 2026 or later. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Proficiencyin PowerPoint (strong knowledgerequired). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Location This is a hybrid rolebased inBoston, MA. Interns are expected to work on-site up to 3 days per week. Compensation The hourly basepayfor this position ranges from $22 to $30.
