**About the Role:**

We are seeking a talented developer to become a pivotal member of a team focused on delivering critical new features. You will play a key role in enhancing the security and compliance frameworks for innovative financial products, specifically focusing on identity verification and regulatory compliance. This role offers the chance to integrate new vendor technologies, shaping the architecture and capabilities of future financial services. You'll contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from design and development to testing and deployment, within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

**What You'll Do:**

* Design, develop, and implement critical new features using full-stack Java technologies.

* Contribute to the integration and onboarding of new vendor offerings to enhance system capabilities.

* Collaborate with a fast-paced Agile Scrum team, participating in daily stand-ups and engaging in continuous development.

* Ensure high-quality code through robust testing, debugging, and adherence to best practices.

* Work with various database technologies to support application functionality and data integrity.

* Actively participate in team discussions, fostering a collaborative and innovative development culture.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 6+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Java and related frameworks.

* Proficiency as a full-stack Java developer.

* Extensive experience with the Spring Boot application framework.

* Solid understanding of software development methodologies, particularly Agile and Scrum.

* Proficiency with version control systems, specifically GitHub.

* Knowledge of databases, including Mongo and SQL.

* Strong testing and debugging skills, with familiarity in JUnit or other Java testing libraries.

* Experience in writing BDD test scenarios using Cucumber.

* BA/BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

* High degree of self-motivation and initiative.

* Eagerness to engage proactively with other developers and team members.
