Department's Website: JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: * Oversee the new student intake process by monitoring the employees assigned to assist students with the completion of the Arkansas Adult Education Intake Form. * Manage the enrollment process for underage students - defined as individuals 16-17 years of age. * Supervise the administration of the Test of Adult Basic Education (TABE) assessment for potential and currently enrolled students. * Schedule the administration of the GED Ready Practice Test for currently enrolled students. * Submit GED release documentation to Arkansas Adult Education for currently enrolled students. * Assist currently enrolled students with scheduling office GED examination sessions. * Serve as a substitute GED Examiner throughout UACCM's four-county service area. * Maintain student files and all required documentation according to Arkansas Adult Education guidelines. * Document and report student disciplinary issues. * Assist with the coordination of UACCM's annual GED Graduation. * Collaborate with the UACCM Office of Institutional Advancement on marketing initiatives for Conway, Faulkner, Perry, and Van Buren counties. * Serve as an Arkansas Adult Education approved Career Development Facilitator for UACCM Adult Education students in Faulkner County. * Assist with the manual outcomes reporting process by administering Arkansas Adult Education exit surveys, by phone, to exited students throughout the four-county service area. * Participate in staff meetings and mandatory professional development training programs. * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * The formal education equivalent of a Master's degree * Proficiency in the use of MS Word and Excel Other job-related education and/or experience may be substituted for all or part of the minimum qualifications upon approval of the Chancellor. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Three years of experience in the field of Arkansas Adult Education is preferred.
