Environment and Culture Interventional Pain & Spine Care consists of four conveniently located clinics serving patients across multiple Northside Hospital Campuses. This leadership role offers the opportunity to work alongside a dedicated team in a dynamic specialty setting, while maintaining work-life balance through a Monday-Friday schedule, daytime hours, weekends off and closed on most major holidays. This position coordinates the nursing activities between multiple service areas of a department. Provides care and/or service to neonates, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. We are seeking a full-time Service Coordinator to provide operational leadership and oversight for Interventional Pain & Spine Care. Interventional Pain & Spine care is an outpatient, hospital-based clinic and procedural environment. This role supports the day-to-day operations and clinical workflows of three outpatient clinics located in Atlanta, Cherokee, and Forsyth. In addition, the coordinator will partner with the Northside Gwinnett leadership on system initiatives, operational standardization, and process improvement efforts across all locations. The Service Coordinator is a highly visible leadership position requiring a hands-on, supportive management style, with direct oversight of campus supervisors and the phone nurse team. Regular travel between Atlanta, Cherokee, and Forsyth is required to ensure operational consistency, team support, and clinical excellence. Key areas of responsibility include:
