Responsible for the administrative or programmatic management of designated functions for a specialized department/area.
Northridge Internal Medicine RN Admin Coordinator - is responsible for coordinating the clinical operations for the Northridge Internal Clinic and works closely with the management team, including the Medical Director, Business Manager and Front Office Coordinator to offer exceptional patient centered care. This includes leading a small team of nurses/aides and supporting the Community Medicine physicians in their mission of providing exemplary patient care in a busy outpatient adult primary care practice, as well as overseeing clinical operations. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education: Graduate of accredited nursing program, Bachelor of Science in Nursing required within 5 years of hire. Experience: 3 years relevant Registered Nurse experience. Licensure: Licensed to Practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia required. American Heart Association (AHA) Health Care Provider BLS certification required. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Job requirements: None required. Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; Attention to detail and ability to write legibly; Ability to lift/push/pull 20 - 50lbs.
