The levers through which you will make an impact: We are looking for a Plant Director in Weyauwega, WI. The Plant Director is responsible for managing the operation of workers and equipment in the production of high quality, high value products, while applying learned knowledge of the processes and production methods involved. The Plant Director maintains a productive, cost-efficient, high-quality production operation; providing daily coordination and oversight of plant activities.
