In addition, this role is responsible for making recommendations for change in practice to improve quality outcomes. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree. In lieu of degree, current RN (Registered Nurse) or LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) licensed in state of practice will be considered.
