PRIMARY FUNCTION Responsible for designing, developing, and integrating solutions to support organizational processes and applications. This role combines low-code development, SQL data work, and administration of both third-party and custom applications. Focuses on utilizing low-code platforms to create efficient, scalable systems. Ensures seamless integration with collaborative tools, while applying basic database knowledge to maintain data integrity and system performance. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver robust technology solutions aligned with business objectives. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Gather and translate business requirements into functional, scalable solutions using low-code platforms (e.g., AgilePoint, PowerApps, Appian, n8n) Perform administration of purchased third-party software and internally developed applications, including configuration, permission management, and user support. Perform SharePoint front-end administration, including creating and managing site collections, sites, libraries, lists, and permissions. Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries; use SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) for database interactions, validation, and diagnostics. Integrate low-code solutions with existing systems, ensuring compatibility, performance, and reliability. Troubleshoot issues related to low-code applications, SharePoint configurations, and database connectivity. Document processes, configurations, and best practices for low-code development, SharePoint administration, and SQL usage to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Collaborate with development, operations, and business teams to optimize workflows and ensure successful deployment of solutions.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
Experience designing and deploying business applications using low-code platforms such as AgilePoint, Appian, Mendix, OutSystems, PowerApps, or comparable workflow automation tools. In-depth understanding of SharePoint front-end administration, including site creation, content management, and user permissions. Basic understanding of SQL and experience using SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS). Solid grasp of system integration principles, software development lifecycles, and collaborative platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on detail-oriented troubleshooting. Effective communication and teamwork abilities to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders. Adaptability and interest in learning new technologies and best practices in low-code and no-code environments. Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting is a plus.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in low-code application development, system integration, or related technical roles. Experience with AgilePoint, PowerApps, or similar low-code and no-code platforms. Experience administering or supporting SharePoint O365. Basic understanding of SQL and experience with SSMS.
