Your Role The Developer and Employee Experience team, who ensure that our employees have the greatest tools, and our development teams can use a self-service platform. The Sr. Director, Digital Employee Experience will report to the Vice President, Developer and Employee Experience. In this role you will partner to establish the strategic direction on how we help our organization modernize the ways in which they work, how we support them, and ensure that we are continually evolving. Your Knowledge and Experience * MS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience) * 15+ years of related IT business work experience with 8+ years of experience leading and building high performing technical teams. * Proven experience as a technology evangelist , where you have demonstrated an ability to influence and change how an organization works, which increases the adoption of our modern collaboration tools * Significant experience with entire Office 365 suite and managing the education and change management with changing teams to working tools hosted within the "cloud" * Effective communicator with a strong customer service orientation, ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels, and lead and influence senior professionals. * Significant experience with scoping and managing process improvement and tools deployment projects. Management skills in an operationally changing environment, with drive for results and success based on planned objectives. * Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem-solving techniques in a highly complex environment using leading-edge technology and/or integrating diverse technology applications. * Provide experience establishing and executing an Asset Management program that moves us to a model where we only pay the minimum of what we need from a licensing/deployment perspective. * Experience with mobile data management technologies, desktop management and software distribution experience, search and content technologies. workflow technologies, and network management and modernization. * Strong background and working knowledge of all phases of systems analysis, design, programming, testing, and implementation. * Strong oral and written communication skills.
