What You'll Do as Press Department Production Manager

• Lead and manage the Hazelton, PA Press Department to ensure compliance with safety, quality, GMP, and SQF regulations

• Drive process improvements to boost efficiency and productivity

• Coordinate maintenance schedules and preventive maintenance plans

• Manage daily production meetings and provide critical updates for decision-making

• Collaborate with QA Manager and supervisors to resolve issues and review customer complaints

• Promote safety programs, enforce plant safety rules, and maintain 5S housekeeping standards

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business (or equivalent experience)

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a Press Department or manufacturing environment

• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge

• Proficient computer skills and effective communication abilities

• A proven leader who values team development, training, and continuous improvement
