Responsibilities
Patriot Support Program Manager Full-Time Exempt Via Linda Behavioral Hospital offers a full continuum of inpatient and outpatient services to the Scottsdale, Arizona population and the greater Phoenix region. Our 120-bed facility offers specialized mental health services and substance use treatment for teens, adults and older adults experiencing issues such as depression, anxiety, personality disorders and co-occurring addictions. Summary The Patriot Support Program (PSP) Manager will provide oversight of the program tracts for both inpatient and outpatient. The PSP Manager will serve as the liaison for referral sources, bases, and other military entities. They will engage in ongoing relationship building with various stakeholders in order to support the implementation and growth of the military programs. This role interfaces with referral sources, community service agencies, businesses, employers, and healthcare facilities; the PSP Manager ensures compliance for quality patient care and compliance with the Joint Commission standards, State Health Department requirements, and all other regulatory standards. The PSP Manager will exhibit leadership, supervisory and program management experience. In particular, they will demonstrate the ability to monitor program outcomes, to established performance levels, and to work independently as part of the team. In addition, the PSP Manager will develop and educate direct Military relationships in designated regional area markets. Education of the clinical criteria and administration process will generate desired utilization of the facility's continuum of care and allow the facility management access to the needs of our communities.
