Join Our Team as a Sales Manager, Dealer Sales - East at Epiroc!

The Sales Manager, Dealer Sales - East leads all dealer channel sales activities within the Eastern US and Canada for Epiroc's Attachments Division. This position is responsible for developing and executing regional strategies that drive growth, strengthen dealer relationships, and increase aftermarket performance across multiple brands and market segments.

Operating at a director level, this role plays a key part in advancing the division's broader commercial objectives by ensuring consistent execution of the go-to-market strategy within the region. The Sales Manager provides strategic and operational leadership to the regional sales team, ensures disciplined use of CRM and sales processes, and collaborates cross-functionally to align sales initiatives with operational and financial goals. Success in this role requires strategic insight, hands-on relationship management, and the ability to build a high-performing team that delivers sustainable results.

Work Type: This remote position is open to U.S. candidates, particularly those residing within the territory. This role is not eligible for immigration or work visa sponsorship.

Work Environment: This is a remote leadership position that requires the ability to work effectively from a home office while maintaining regular contact with team members, customers, and business partners. The role involves frequent travel by car and air throughout the Eastern US and Canada to visit dealers, customers, and internal Epiroc locations.

Work settings vary and may include office environments, customer facilities, trade shows, and construction or industrial job sites. While most work is conducted in professional or commercial settings, occasional visits to active worksites may require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). The position also includes participation in business meetings, industry events, and regional or global Epiroc gatherings as needed.

Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution



  • Develop and implement regional sales plans that support the Attachments Division's commercial strategy and brand objectives.
  • Drive annual sales performance through effective planning, resource management, and execution across all product lines.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reviews, and data-driven insights to support strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product management, and operations to ensure alignment of regional initiatives with overall business priorities.
  • Monitor market conditions and competitive activity to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies as needed.



Dealer and Channel Development



  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dealer partners to enhance loyalty and sales performance.
  • Lead joint business planning efforts with key dealers, including sales targets, inventory planning, and promotional strategies.
  • Support dealer training and development initiatives to improve product knowledge, sales capability, and aftermarket engagement.
  • Evaluate dealer performance using defined metrics and implement improvement plans where needed.



Team Leadership and Development



  • Lead, coach, and develop a regional sales team to achieve consistent, measurable results.
  • Set clear goals and expectations, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.
  • Partner with the broader North America Sales leadership team to ensure alignment and consistency in people development and succession planning.



Commercial Discipline and Operational Excellence



  • Ensure disciplined use of CRM and other sales enablement tools to improve pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and customer engagement.
  • Utilize KPIs and other performance metrics to track regional progress and guide decision-making.
  • Support continuous improvement in sales processes, customer experience, and communication practices.
  • Partner with Finance and Operations to align sales goals with profitability and cost management targets.



Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $120,000 and $190,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. This range reflects our commitment to fair pay based on skills, experience, and market standards.

Knowledge/Education:



  • A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the attachment tools, construction equipment, or related industry, including direct sales or product management experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a regional or national sales organization.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and dealer performance through strategic planning and execution.
  • Strong understanding of dealer channel management, market development, and aftermarket sales.
  • Excellent business and financial acumen, with the ability to analyze data and influence decisions.



Skills and Abilities:



  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (Salesforce experience preferred).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the US and occasionally to Canada; proximity to a major airport is preferred.
