As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will play a vital role in helping clients protect what matters most.

What You'll Do

• Manage client accounts, identifying coverage gaps and recommending solutions
• Support Producers with new/renewal business, proposals, quotes, and policy accuracy
• Handle service requests (certificates, endorsements, audits, cancellations) promptly
• Deliver exceptional client service with a fast, professional response
• Handle first report of claims by gathering information from client and reporting to the agency's dedicated claim team, while following up to confirm a seccuessful resolution of the claim.

What We're Looking For

• Property & Casualty license and 2+ years of personal lines insurance service experience- focus on high net worth clients a plus
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, markets, and underwriting
• Excellent communication, organization, and client service skills
• Professional designations (CIC, CPCU, CRM, CISR, ARM) preferred
• Strong work ethic and critical thinking

Applied Epic experience preferred but not a deal breaker
