Change Management Consultant | HR

As a Change & Transformation Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving Epicor's evolution as a leading SaaS and technology-driven organization. You'll partner across business units and regions to design and deliver change strategies that foster adoption, engagement, and lasting impact for key transformation initiatives. We are seeking candidates who are strategic, collaborative, and passionate about enabling organizational change.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead change and communication strategies to support business transformation priorities, including organizational effectiveness, process modernization, workforce planning, talent enablement, and technology adoption.

  • Collaborate with project sponsors, HR, IT, and business leaders to embed change management practices within strategic programs, ensuring alignment between business goals and employee readiness.

  • Design and deliver engagement plans, leadership toolkits, and learning experiences to help employees understand, embrace, and sustain change.

  • Equip leaders and teams with tools and frameworks to build agility, collaboration, and innovation in a SaaS environment.

  • Define success metrics and feedback mechanisms to assess adoption, identify risks, and ensure long-term transformation success.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on change management best practices, providing guidance to leaders and project teams.

What you will likely bring:

  • 5-8 or more years of experience in change management, transformation, or organizational development roles.

  • Deep understanding of organizational change principles (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, or similar frameworks).

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Strategic thinking and ability to connect people outcomes with business goals.

  • Data-driven approach to measuring impact and effectiveness.

  • Strong collaboration and influence across global, cross-functional teams.

  • Experience with Workday, Awardco (or comparable recognition platforms), and artificial intelligence tools.

  • Experience supporting digital or SaaS transformation in a global organization.

  • Change management certification (Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent) preferred.

What Will Set You Apart:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Development, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).

  • Knowledge of ERP systems, supporting technology-driven transformation initiatives.

  • Familiarity with marketing and sales principles to enhance stakeholder engagement and communication.

  • Proven experience in change management or transformation projects, demonstrating success in dynamic environments.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling relationship-building with C-Level stakeholders and influencing change across the organization.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving business needs.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple change initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Range:

Minimum: $50,000 USD Maximum: $150,000 USD
