The Information Services (IS) team is seeking an Autodesk Product Support Specialist.

DEA's Corporate Informational Services team is seeking an Autodesk Product Support Specialist to support the AEC Collection with an emphasis on Civil 3D, InfraWorks, and related products. This role provides software support and guidance across 30+ offices, ensuring seamless deployment, troubleshooting, and optimization of Autodesk tools in engineering workflows.

What You'll Do Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert-level problem-solving, identification, and resolution of software issues.
  • Participate in company-wide software upgrades involving Autodesk and associated programs.
  • Create, distribute, and install software updates and productivity information via email and/or web distribution.
  • Support company and client standards by reviewing and assisting in the management of templates, prototypes, and resource files.
  • Prepare and execute checklists for Autodesk software installations, version rollouts, upgrades, and associated third-party plug-ins.
  • Conduct occasional in-person office visits as required.
What You Bring Required Qualifications:
  • Advanced knowledge of infrastructure industry needs and workflows.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex technical details coherently to a live or virtual audience.
  • 10 years' experience in Civil, Infrastructure, Construction, or related fields.
  • Ability to create Autodesk product installation packets for company-wide deployment.
  • Expert knowledge of Autodesk Civil 3D and AutoCAD in a production and network environment.
  • Knowledge of Dynamo is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Autodesk AEC Collection software such as Advance Steel, BIM 360, Desktop Connector, Vehicle Tracking, InfraWorks, Inventor, Navisworks, ReCap Pro, Revit, and 3dsMax.
  • Experience supporting Autodesk licensing and network environments.
  • Knowledge of Windows scripting and AutoLISP for automation and customization.
  • Ability to create customized AutoCAD configuration profiles and Ribbon Menus.
  • Experience with Windows OS and Bentley products is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
