Head of Government Contracts

Description
The Head of Government Contracts is responsible for the contractual elements of our clients Federal's programs. This includes the proposal and contracting process, ongoing contract modifications and the issuance of subcontracts to performers. This position supports the growth of our clients Federal along with the management of contracts to performers.
Location: Remote (must be able to work in CST)
Duration: Fulltime/Direct hire
  • Manage all aspects of our clients Federal Contracts including scoping, execution, compliance, modifications and reporting.
  • Manage the execution and modification of our clients Federal subcontractor contracts.
  • Work with business development and sales team members to support new program pursuit, proposals, capture, and contracting.
  • Identify and minimize risks to our clients Federal.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders among our clients customers, affiliates and ecosystem partners.
  • Represent ACMI Federal at relevant meetings to advance the interests of the organization.

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience working with government contracts.
  • Capable of simultaneously managing multiple projects at different stages of execution.
  • Creativity in addressing legal and business risks in contracts.
  • Exceptional skills in time management, facilitation, and organization.
