The Company's Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 118,800.00 USD - 155,925.00 USD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives. ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will be at the forefront of shaping a high-performing global sales organization. Leveraging your deep expertise in sales enablement and capability development, you'll design and lead strategic programs that elevate seller effectiveness, drive consistent performance, and accelerate revenue growth. In close partnership with the Global Sales Council, HR Learning & Development, and top-tier industry partners, you'll deliver innovative training, tools, and resources that empower our teams to sell smarter, faster, and with greater impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Champion and continuously elevate the sales onboarding experience, ensuring every new team member is set up for long-term success

  • Collaborate closely with Global Sales Council, HR Learning & Development and top industry partners to craft and deliver an innovative, impactful sales learning agenda that inspires growth and excellence

  • Build scalable and dynamic frameworks for sales training, coaching, and certification that empower teams to unleash their full potential

  • Design tailored enablement programs that support various sales segments and celebrate the unique strengths of our diverse audiences

  • Harness the power of data and analytics to track the effectiveness of our programs, driving meaningful improvements and measurable impact

  • Inspire a vibrant culture of continuous learning and high performance, motivating the sales organization to achieve new heights together

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices, championing groundbreaking initiatives that set new standards for sales enablement

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant business experience

  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

  • Proven success in the CPG industry with strong knowledge of the U.S. market

  • Skilled in modern sales methods, enablement platforms, CRM, and automation tools

  • Experience designing and scaling sales programs that deliver strong results in fast-growth settings

  • Adept at customizing enablement for different sales teams using data-driven insights

  • Strategic thinker focused on immediate impact and long-term business goals

  • Excellent communicator and presenter, able to motivate and educate cross-functional teams

  • Strong project management skills with ability to lead complex, cross-department initiatives

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to use data to measure program success and drive improvements

  • Continuous learner who embraces new trends, innovations, and technologies

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Full-time role located at Sam's Campus, Mt. Pleasant, WI

  • 10% Travel

  • Remote Work is available once a week for eligible employees

  • This role is not eligible for relocation assistance
