As a non-profit center within the School of Education and Social Policy at Northwestern University, CTD ensures gifted students receive the education, encouragement and support they need to grow into confident and accomplished lifelong learners. Job Summary The Program Assistant will provide a variety of administrative, clerical, and client assistance support for Online educational programs for students ranging from Preschool through grade 12. Responsibilities may include managing email and phone communications, managing data in databases, collecting, and organizing secure records, preparing agendas, updating information on web pages, and assisting families, teachers, and supervisors with technical aspects of CTD's learning management system. Please note: The position periodically (typically 4-6 times per year) requires evening and/or weekend work Specific Responsibilities:
Miscellaneous Performs other duties as assigned. Preferred Qualifications:
Target hiring range for this position will be $42,000 - $45,000 per year. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
