About the role: Business solution design: Apply knowledge of Life, Disability & Supplemental Health insurance claims and absence management lifecycle, as well as a day in a life reporting, etc. to understand customer problems and ensure sound business solution design using the company's products or services. Product expert: Develop an in-depth understanding of company's product portfolio, technology architecture, frameworks, tools and be able to manage them with minimal guidance. Work as the product expert within pre-sales & provide support and guidance to the team. Proposal and RFP support: Creating business proposals, responding to requests for proposals (RFPs) and request for information (RFIs) Customer demonstrations and presentations: Conducting tailored presentations, demos, POV to show how the product can solve a prospect/customer's specific business challenges or requirements/use cases. Sales pursuit process ownership: Key player in the sales pursuit process, including ownership of the complete presales process, helping peers and sales lead Client communication: Acting as a primary point of contact for prospects, addressing solution questions, and influencing the prospect/customer closer to the company solution, offerings, and best practices. Collaboration: Working closely with the sales team to help them qualify leads and close deals by providing domain and solution expertise. Close co-ordination with internal functions like product, services, and support organization for staying current with new solutions/product updates, establishing solutions or workarounds for any gaps, understanding implementation and support challenges in the sales pursuit and RFP/RFI process. Got-to-market strategy: Help with go-to market-strategy and documentation such as white papers, product collaterals, presentations, design flows, etc. Knowledge Sharing: Exchange best practices and share knowledge within pre-sales group. Provide product and solution feedback from customers. About You:

What Majesco Offers: Majesco is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $140,000 to $175,000. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US. It is uncommon for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on a variety of factors. Majesco considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, candidate's work location, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, external market data, as well as market and business considerations when making compensation decisions.
