VCU Health is seeking authentic, passionate and inspiring candidates to support program coordination for our virtually-enabled Hospital-at Home (HaH) program and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM). This on-site position is housed in the health system's Continuum Integration Center in north Richmond, this exciting opportunity offers innovation, professional growth, and opportunity to be a part of an already incredible team.
Located in contemporary offices on Richmond's Northside, this on-site position will support the continued growth and development of a robust VCU Health at Home strategy. The focus of the position is: *Meeting minutes for teams meeting *Manages Remote Patient Monitoring Kit (RPM) Inventory *Manages Pagers *Calls or sends certified mail to patients if missed RPM pick up and reschedule *Scanning *Distributes faxes *Hospital at Home (HaH) and RPM staff HR file maintenance *Supports Nurse Clinician with nurse onboarding and orientation *Hospital at Home and RPM Attendance reports *Payroll - Nurse Manager staff members, including time and attendance audits for fiscal accountability *Outlook scheduling support for Nurse Manager, Continuing Care Team Lead *Clinical Supplies and Inventory -ordering and accounts payable fiscal support *Clinical Supply organization - maintains designated supply room *Unit charge reconciliation (daily) *Provides cross-coverage for other Program Coordinator *Other duties as assigned The successful candidate will have: *Professional enthusiasm and commitment *Creative problem solving and critical thinking skills *Ability to plan, motivate and organize self, others and work in order to achieve objectives and targets *Exceptional interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to establish, maintain, and leverage positive, productive working relationships with individuals at all levels throughout an organization *Strong technical/computer skills with the ability to work in multiple applications and on various devices such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams *Determination to deliver outcomes and is able to overcome obstacles in order to move forward *Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills *Highest-level customer service standards.
