What You'll Do:

• Greet and assist visitors, patients, and/or staff at the front desk in a professional and courteous manner.
• Verify identification and manage access control for individuals entering the location in accordance with site-specific policies and procedures.
• Provide customer service by addressing inquiries or directing individuals to the appropriate department or personnel.
• Monitor surveillance systems and report any suspicious activity or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and follow established emergency response protocols when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation of daily activities, visitors, and any security-related incidents as required by the location's procedures.
• Communicate and coordinate with Allied Universal management and/or location staff to address security-related concerns or requests.

Minimum Requirements:

• Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
