Purpose and Scope
The Associate / Associate Manager, US Commercial Operations will oversee the development, implementation, and ongoing management of the New Employee Orientation (NEO) program within the US Value Delivery Team organization. This role will play a key part in coordinating all aspects of the new hire experience, ensuring that orientation is seamless, engaging, and aligned with organizational standards.
The position will support the design, testing, and deployment of the NEO program within the SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS), partnering closely with functional leads and subject matter experts (SMEs) to deliver a high-quality and consistent onboarding experience. Following launch, the role will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the program.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
* Support the design, testing, and implementation of the NEO program within the SuccessFactors LMS.
* Monitor new hire reports to ensure accurate assignment of onboarding curricula and timely completion of required training.
* Coordinate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to schedule, prepare, and deliver orientation content.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for NEO logistics and communication across stakeholders.
* Present NEO materials and sessions as needed to support program delivery.
* Continuously assess and enhance the new hire experience by identifying process improvements and efficiency opportunities.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure onboarding content remains accurate, current, and compliant with organizational standards.
* Track and report program metrics to monitor participation, completion, and engagement levels.
Required Qualifications
* Demonstrated project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines effectively.
* Experience working with Learning Management Systems (SuccessFactors or similar platforms).
* Strong organizational and communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
* Proven ability to collaborate across teams and manage stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment.
* Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to operate both independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in program or project management within a corporate or commercial operations environment.
* Familiarity with the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry.
* Experience designing or implementing onboarding, learning, or training programs.
* Exposure to process improvement or change management initiatives.
