Job Summary Join our team as a Warehouse Order Processor and play a vital role in ensuring efficient order fulfillment and inventory management within our warehouse operations. This full-time position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic supply chain environment where accuracy, timeliness, and teamwork are valued. Primary Duties Accurately receive, review, and process incoming orders ensuring all information is correct and complete. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, adhering to company standards for packaging and labeling. Maintain organized storage of inventory, perform regular stock counts, and promptly report discrepancies. Collaborate closely with warehouse team members and supervisors to optimize workflow efficiency and resolve any order-related issues. Utilize warehouse management systems and handheld devices to track order statuses and update inventory records in real time. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives to stay current with warehouse procedures and best practices Utilization of various Powered Lifting Equipment: Forklifts, Shers, Punch Presses and Overhead Cranes. Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse operations, order processing, or inventory management in a fast-paced environment is highly preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment. Ability to operate warehouse equipment and technology, including barcode scanners, forklifts (if certified), and warehouse management software. Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and liaise with other departments. Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Physical stamina and capacity to handle manual tasks such as lifting, standing, and moving items throughout the shift. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and process improvement Comfortability and experience using Powered Lifting Equipment ARE A PLUS. Education / Experience A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
