As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic tech and media location. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and delivering exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, participating in emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including the business areas and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Document and report security-related incidents and/or suspicious activity according to established protocols.
• Collaborate with other Allied Universal personnel and location staff to support a secure and welcoming environment.
• Remain alert to surroundings and adapt to changing environments typical of technology, media, and telecommunications locations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid security guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
