As a Security Officer - Front Desk - Unarmed Post in Stafford, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Your responsibilities will include greeting visitors, verifying credentials, responding to security-related inquiries, and assisting with access control. What You'll Do:

• Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors at the front desk by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor access control at the main entrance, verify identification, and assist with visitor management to help to deter unauthorized entry.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for financial institution locations.
• Maintain detailed logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences as required by site procedures.
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and staff to address inquiries and provide guidance related to security-related matters.
• Support emergency response activities when appropriate, assisting with evacuations and/or other procedures as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
