Overview (Scope of Role)

Trinseo is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician that will be able to maintain, install and troubleshoot our equipment including electrical systems, mechanical systems, hydraulics, steam systems, compressed air systems and more.

This will be an onsite position at our Florence, KY location.



Responsibilities

The Maintenance Technician will work to maintain, install and troubleshoot the following:

    Electrical Systems from 24v to 480v, experience with higher voltages (13.2kV) desired
  • Electric Motors from 1hp to 125hp
  • Mechanical Systems (gearboxes, bearings etc.)
  • Hydraulics Systems up to 1300 psi
  • Steam Systems low pressure (40psi) to high pressure (200psi)
  • Positive Displacement and Centrifugal Pumps
  • Compressed Air Systems (Compressors, Dryers and pneumatic operators


Qualifications

  • A High School diploma or equivalent is required
  • 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience is required, preferably in the Chemical Industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills are required for this role
  • Strong Mechanical Aptitude required, Electrical and Welding Experience preferred
  • Strong Computer Skills and experience with computerized maintenance management Software CMMS (MP2 or MVP preferred)
