Your role

Mission


Grow the AIRnet business using an entrepreneurial mindset. Develop new and existing sales channels, provide product support to all internal and external sales personnel. Help generate and cultivate new leads for the sales team to improve sales and growth.



Roles and Responsibilities


Monitor and analyze sales results, campaigns and ongoing activities.



Responsible for setting local pricing of all AIRnet products to maintain market positioning while monitoring and maintaining acceptable gross profit margins.



Create competitor analysis to monitor pricing and market trends.



Develop periodic incentives and sales campaigns to promote the AIRnet products and generate sales.



Collaborate with the Regional Service Sales Managers to ensure proper training and development of the Service Sales Managers. Provide KPI feedback and support to maintain the proper focus on sales and growth targets.



Create business plans for new avenues and strategies to grow and promote the AIRnet products beyond the current customer base.



Communicate with the divisional team to stay informed on future developments and strategies.



Work closely with the local AIRnet support team to ensure smooth and seamless product support for the internal and external sales team.



Contribute to positive Company branding by projecting a knowledgeable, professional, and customer-oriented image to customers.



Perform all duties in accordance with Atlas Copco standards, while always striving to understand the needs and expectations of the customer.



Take whatever action is appropriate and required to get the job done and to establish and maintain communications with all people/employees considered necessary to get the job done.



Perform other duties as assigned.

To succeed, you will need

Qualifications



  • Business Development experience, showing a track record of product sales growth is a must. Three or more years of relevant field experience in sales and marketing, preferably with compressors. Proven ability to create business plans, handle highly demanding workloads, and manage simultaneous tasks. Fluent in Microsoft applications, SAP and PowerBI experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Business or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong technical and sales-based background with relevance to the compressed air industry is a plus. It is also essential to be a motivated, focused, self-driven team player with a positive attitude. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skills are essential. Must be energetic and well organized. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Proficient in IBM Lotus Notes and BPCS. Frequent Travel will be require
