We are seeking a Benefits Accountant to join our Corporate Office in Cherry Hill, NJ. This role will be responsible for reconciling vendor and payroll data, ensuring benefit plan accuracy, and supporting budgeting, audits, and compliance across all employee benefits programs. Responsibilities Performs routine reconciliations of all benefits-related charges, including employer-sponsored, voluntary, retirement, leave and ACA. Ensures compliance with Bancroft policies and procedures, state and federal laws and regulations, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
On a bi-weekly basis, analyzes and reconciles vendor data with UKG to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Qualifications Education & Experience:
