Responsibilities
Sponsor seeks an experienced and motivated individual to perform in the role of Systems Integrator (Budget Analyst/Officer). This is a customer-facing, team-oriented position with high visibility.
- Demonstrates professional competence as a plans and budget officer.
- Ability to analyze and evaluate financial data to resolve inconsistencies, identify key issues, and propose solutions.
- Demonstrates excellent oral communication skills to brief management on resource issues.
- Proven ability to interact with customers, senior leadership, and program managers in a highly matrixed environment.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
- A minimum of 10 years demonstrated experience and expertise in international business/banking financials and business accounting.
- BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7
- Strong written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates professional competence as a plans and budget officer.
- Demonstrated experience reconciling complex banking statements
- Demonstrated familiarity with the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA), Global Account Tax Compliance Act (GATCA), and other global and US-based financial initiatives.
- Prior experience in commercial accounting and ability to audit, reconcile, analyze financial records and prepare financial statements.
- Knowledge of US government banking regulatory issues.
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of customer accounting systems, procedures, auditing standards, and regulations.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience and knowledge of customer policies. financial authorities. and proprietary budget information.
- Working knowledge or background in the US banking industry, domestic and international company organization structures, business formation requirements, and the role of business service firms in that process.
