We are currently searching for a Project Manager Specialist, Project Execution in our Core Projects group who will be responsible for overall management of multiple Capex projects. There is a primary emphasis on Expansion, Abandonment, Hydraulic relief and General Upgrades in the Liquids Pipelines business unit.

You will be accountable for overall project cost, schedule and performance objectives.

What You Will Do:
  • Accountable to safely lead a multidisciplinary team of internal and external resources to successfully deliver projects including the feasibility, planning, development, execution and close out phases.
  • Work in close collaboration with Project Sponsors to develop, manage and execute all project plans, assembling the project team, defining all project roles and responsibilities, developing and managing budgets and schedules and creating higher value results for Enbridge.
  • Drive value engineering for assigned projects and portfolio of work.
  • Mentor peers and teammates to grow overall team capacity and results and apply business acumen to align portfolio performance to Enbridge Business Unit objectives.
Who You Are:
  • University Degree in an applicable field.
  • 12+ years of related experience, preferably in the delivery of facility pipeline projects.
  • Previous experience leading other who are developing schedules, track actions, and drive projects to completion.
  • Passion for upholding Enbridge's core values of Safety, Integrity, Respect, Inclusion and High Performance along with our ways of working.
  • Able to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Have a valid driver's license.
Preferred Skills:
  • Proven leader with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and drive-forward results and decisions without formal authority in a matrix service model.
  • Developed skills in the identification and mitigation of both technical and nontechnical risks typical of liquid pipeline construction projects.
  • High analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet task, deliverable, and deadline requirements while managing internal and external partner expectations.
Working Conditions:
  • Office environment with some field work required
  • Scheduled travel to Enbridge offices, operating facilities, construction sites, and supplier facilities (10-25%).
  • This role would involve some travel within Canada and the US.
  • Must have the ability to traverse terrain typical of industrial construction sites, often outdoors during all seasons and at times in inclement weather.
