It is not available for remote opportunity.*Job Overview The Enterprise Sourcing Manager at T-Mobile is instrumental in developing and executing strategic sourcing initiatives that align with corporate objectives and operational needs. This role will focus on Emerging Technology sourcing with a focus on Engineering, Construction, and Facilities Maintenance. It is responsible for the procurement of a wide range of goods and services. By negotiating favorable terms and managing long-term contracts with suppliers, the Enterprise Sourcing Manager contributes to significant cost savings and improves supplier relationships. The position involves rigorous supplier performance evaluations and scenario analysis to inform purchasing decisions and optimize spending. Through these activities, the Enterprise Sourcing Manager plays a crucial role in supporting T-Mobile's operational excellence and competitive positioning in the market. Job Responsibilities:

 Travel: Frisco, TX Compensation Range: $101,700 - $137,700 Overland Park, KS Compensation Range: $95,900 - $129,700 Base Pay Range: $88,100 - $158,800 Corporate Bonus Target: 15%The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
